This morning is sure to be special with a homemade "Saturday Morning Spinach Quiche." So, throw a pretty table cloth on your kitchen table, snip some fresh flowers/greenery from your garden for a quick center piece and set your table too! Saturday mornings should be celebrated! Scribble a little hand written "I love you" note for your sweetie and place on their plate. :) INGREDIENTS:
1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 350°F.
Toss cheese with flour in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into crust. Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
